We generally do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. Our watches are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.

No Right of Withdrawal or Return: Under Swiss law, there is no general right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. Therefore, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us right away at lemperium.com@gmail.com. We will review the case individually and provide an appropriate solution.
